Macro lenses are generally not compromised at infinity, just for having low
field curvature, also when used for closeup.
And in the case of the  A50 2.8, it has a floating element, probably to give
good results over the whole distance range.

P.S. I like the 55/1.8 or 55/2.0 the most. (I think its the extra 10% that
does it)
