How would you have been "suckered?" You paid your money, you got your camera. At the time, it was a fine piece of equipment, with nothing above it. THat was what, a month ago? Longer? Regardless, that was THEN, and this is now, and the future is coming and all things move ahead. Your camera won't be any less featured when something else comes out that costs more. The only thing that it'll lack is being "top of the line," but chances are, anyone and everyone you see isn't going to know that, unless you say, "hi, i'm brad and this is my TOP OF THE LINE slr" when you meet them. At which point they won't care anyway because they don't know what that means, or if they do, because Pentax is obviously a "budget" choice, or you'd have some other high profile brand. Although, if you feel like you got suckered, I'll give you a whopping $200 for it RIGHT NOW!
