PS: of course this is extremely likely, based on what we have learned 
over the months and weeks. Did your source re-confirm K mount 
compatibility? Although this has always been pointed to as a given. I'll  
bet Pentax would *love* to design a smaller system along the OlyDak 
lines, with a new range if lenses. Consolidate everything, skim down to 
just a few main lines of gear. But a new chassis supporting both 35 mil 
and digi would owe its imaging functions to the film side. They couldn't 
size it downwards for digi and still have a film body(s) could they?
