I only use my 230 on a monitor, but when I bought it, I was shown some
examples on photo paper printed on the better printers.  The 4x6 prints
looked good.  The 5x7 were ok (loose sense of the term).  An 8x10 is out of
the question.  (but I did see an example, all these btw taken with the
cameras by the employee's and printed there, they had a nice binder for
referencing and comparing.)  Interestingly, a macro shot was taken with the
230 of an old brick wall with layers of paint and a rusty nail.  For that
sort of shot, I thought it was passable, even decent, as an 8x10 the loss of
resolution sort of added to the effect.  Otherwise, no way.
