I'm sheepish to admit that the recent serendipitous gift of a mere -2 diopter has transformed my old ME Super from a semi-unusable camera to an eminently usable one. With the diopter, I see better through the camera than I do with my naked eye. And, having photographed with nothing but digital for more than a year now (with an Olympus C-3040z and a Sony F-707), I found myself simply pining for the look and feel of my canonical Tri-X prints on fiber paper. So, the old 50/1.4 SMCP-M lens, the ME Super, a wrist strap, and a bag full of Tri-X, and I'm ready to get out into the world again.
