Let's kill further discussion of "bag insert".
I only mentioned it because it seemed like a decent < high >
estimate for number of CDs to burn if we do it again. But, if we
acknowledge from the beginning that "we
should feel no obligation to make a CD for everyone", we can avoid
the panic reaction we had two years ago when our supply ran out.

Oh it is available but it cost money :)
I highly doubt this option is actually open to us and even if it were, we
should feel no obligation to make a CD for everyone.
