I'm looking to release gnupg 1.3.3 this week (actually last week but...)
... folded in and tested is 5.4 and 5.5 compatibility, -Wall changes,
working tests and ability to force use of gpg (v1) for gpgme... Sooooo I'll
need upload karma for PECL and PECL gnupg
