I downloaded the following library: QFP (+-0.8mm pitch, Square) - Corner Index.lib
that has the following footprints: QFP14X14-G64/N QFP14X14-G64/Y1.9N QFP14X14-G64/Y1.55N The data sheet specifies a 14 x 14 mm Body size, 0.8 mm Lead Pitch, TQFP. I think the QFP14X14-G64/N is the correct footprint. Does anyone know what the G and N stand for? Hello, Look in your supplied library, if 99 comes with one. The package is standard so your Atmel should fit. I currently use 2004 and the pattern is supplied in the library. Other than that, I'd go off of the data sheet and compensate for the size of the pad you'll need to solder to. You can always print up the pattern to verify it before you cut a board. hope this helps, Tony Brad Kosiance <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Hello. I am looking for the recommended footprint size for an ATMEL ATmega128 TQFP-64. I do not have any of the JEDEC or IPC manuals. Are there any online sites that would have this information? Protel99SE. Thanks, Brad. ____________________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the PEDA discussion forum To Post messages: mailto:[email protected] Unsubscribe and Other Options: http://techservinc.com/mailman/listinfo/peda_techservinc.com Browse or Search Old Archives (2001-2004): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Browse or Search Current Archives (2004-Current): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] --------------------------------- Yahoo!
