Is there a way to permanently disable all UK paper types - A1, A4 etc. ? It seems that every time I turn around, the $%&* system reverts to one of these sizes and confuses the printer.
The only sizes I ever use are A (8 1/2 X 11) and B (11 X 17). Every time I upgrade or install a new service pack (currently 2004 SP3)I go through this exercise, and there is just enough time between upgrades that I forget how to do it. Anybody?
