Or, do what I do: keep using 99SE. That works if you don't need new licenses.
Then there's gEDA, which is free, but I've not tried it yet. I probably
won't try it until I have a need for another license of EDA software.
Notice I used the word "license", as opposed to the MarketSpeak term
"seat". When I need another seat, I can just go to the local office
furniture warehouse ;-) Making up new definitions for old words for
marketing lingo purposes is double-plus-bad ;-)
