Hrm - that's a new one on me. Exiting 99SE gives a couple of popus of this :
"Unable to find DBUtil.DLL !" Can click OK on them, and so far I don't SEE any problems, but that has me worried. Clearly something somewhere has whacked a requisite dll ...
