major potential issues with that
esp re loaded libraries

i have had so much trouble with that (running 2 instances of P99SE) that
whenever it happens by mistake i shut down BOTH and then start up 1 again
i have absolutely found this required, but i can't remember all the 
details of why

i use dual monitors w/ 99SE
i have a lot of trouble when the schematic is spread across 2 screens
when i click on the right screen it gets confused
PCB seems ok
sch on one screen, pcb on the other seem ok
