I forget how I did it, but I have been using this feature for some time and find it very useful when working with the two screens. I first encountered this behaviour on a Linux box running KDE where I think it may have been the default or, at least, offered when setting up. BTW, moving the mouse shifts focus but will not bring a window to the front of another overlaid on. That requires a click.
