Also still with 2004 and v. little change from 99SE spice. Slightly more stable perhaps. It is not well behaved but it does produce results. I use it mostly for concept checking; the models are OK but not always accurate. As Cliff points out, creating new models is a nightmare. I use it to see if something might work rather than will work. Big dissappointments are still the temperature sweep (persistently crashes for temps over 50, I suspect model problems), and I haven't found a way to create test vectors for logic circuits. It may be possible using a ROM model but the whole process looks too grisly for words.
