All, I have come to realize the varieties of phenomenology, by many other words, are every bit as various as the varieties of religious experience, but I do remember from the days when I read much on it being impressed with the works of Bachelard. As far as exercising the art goes, I remember a nice work-through book by Don Ihde that might be worth people's perusal.
