IMHO, the Monthly Review folks can't be criticized be x
simply because they don't pledge ak allegiance to some qy
quotes in Marx's unpublished manuscripts. They can claim
(reasonably enough) that they use the word "crisis" in
a different sense than did Marx. Or they can quibble about
how long a period "temporary" refers to. The same can
be said for those who see the period since the 1970s as
a structural crisis due to the breakcdown of the pre-
vailing Social Structure of Accumulation -- or Alain
Lipietz and others of the "Regulation" schg school
who see the long slumpt as a "slow 1929." (dern typos.)
