You mean it is an externality cost and we cannot establish a price for it ? Then ""of course" it must be corruption ! A respected Jungian psychotherapist once told me that Marx was rubbish and I should drop that for my mental health's sake. It occurred to me that "of course" Marx had to be rubbish, because Marx operates with a concept of economic value which cannot be quantified. Or so they say. J.
