Not sure I agree - it seems often more firing and then aiming, i.e. shoot first and talk later. I am not immune to lapses of temper or swearing myself, but I prefer really to restrict that event type to my own quarters, preferably at times when no one else is around. It's an ideal of civility I have. If you were in Greenspan's position of responsibility, what would you do ? J.
