I can think of one socialist (moi) who's in favor of drug legalization (or at least 
medicalization). Unfortunately, I'm not a rock star.

BTW, Bob Dylan seems pretty left-wing politically, even though I hear he's an orthodox 
Jew these days... He's also an American.
