Some of you might find this of interest.  I am puzzling over why there are
so many disputes, given that labor would have the upper hand in high demand
situation.

Is it due to abundant labor that employers can get away with it,
intensification of work because of growth, or the upper class managers still
do not know how to

work with lower caste/class workers?
