Welcome to the club. Of the 3 or 4 hundred links to my blog posts on PEN-L over the years, less than half the responses dealt with what I have written. Mostly, my two or three sentence lead-in was an opportunity for commenters to improvise like Thelonious Monk using "Tea for Two" for totally different purposes. But among all the insults, aggravations, provocations, and outright curses that you have to deal with as a blogger or writer, that should be the worst. I get at least a dozen letters a week accusing me of being something like a Jew-Faggot-CIA agent.
