I think you're being a bit unfair to Ulhas.  For example, if you notice in the 
last week or
so since I wrote to him, the information he is business sending to the list has 
been far
more focused.  I don't agree with some of his politics, but I haven't seen 
anything
egregious in what he's written.  The one thing I can say is that the new UN 
report that
shows an upsurge in Indian malnutrition hardly bodes well for future health 
outcomes.
