I assume from Jim's note that he would include the late Abu Musab al-Zarqawi as an unproductive laborer. Actually this news about the death is quite old. Months ago, Robert Fisk reported that he was dead. He said that his wife was living in poverty and that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi never made any effort to send any flowers or note of sympathy when his mother died.
