I would like Michael Perelman to take action. You are not the only
one who has used a personal filter; that, unfortunately, does not
prevent (at least in my Eudora programme) these Spam reports from
being downloaded (a definite annoyance--especially when I was in Cuba).

Is this item about the Coast Guard going to China supposed to open up a
serious discussion about capitalism versus socialism? What a waste of our
time. For Christ's sake, I see that I am going to have to filter out
"Ulhas" in the body as well as the header of all incoming messages.
