No! As Doug and I have both argued, you cannot rationally debate
conspiracists. Disprove one point and they invent another. It is a
serious waste of time. My posts are not intended to disprove any given
conspiracy theory but to show their political uselessness even when
true. I address my posts to those who already reject the conspiracy
theory under discussion. I assume that. What I want to discuss is the
political importance (negative importance) of conspiracy theories, and
it is a digression to bother to pile up more evidence that a particular
bit of nonsense is nonsense.
