Lots of crimes involve conspiracy. But the question is if they matter politically at all. The murder of JFK doesn't matter at all. He was replaced by a fellow imperialist - and one with better domestic politics, in fact. But I doubt that JFK was killed to hasten the passage of Medicare or the Voting Rights Act. Doug
