Macroeconomics:  *The LEWIS & CLARK COLLEGE Department of Economics
invites applications for a tenure-track position with teaching
responsibilities in macroeconomics starting Fall 2008. Potential for
excellent teaching and an appreciation of the role of research at an
undergraduate institution is essential. Ph.D. is expected at the time of
hire. Usual teaching load is five courses per academic year. Review of
applications will begin on November 15^th and continue until the
position is filled. The College will be interviewing at the January ASSA
meeting in New Orleans. Please include: (1) a curriculum vitae; (2) a
letter of application which includes a statement of educational
philosophy, teaching experience, and research interests; (3) evidence of
teaching effectiveness; (4) sample of scholarship; (5) three letters of
recommendation under separate cover; and (6) graduate transcripts.
