My acid-test for a suitable copyright holder is quite simple: what would happen to the licensing situation -- and administration of rights -- if you dropped dead (cause irrelevant) tomorrow? If the answer is "business as usual", you pass the test. If the answer is "I'd have to think about that", then you need to make arrangements before it comes to pass. -- Charlie
