1. Access to both STDERR and STDOUT, in proper order ('prove' jumbles them), 
capturable into a variable (T::B snatches away STDERR)
2. Option to inject a clearcut delimiter between tests

i.e.  A program for programmers--instead of human-consumption output to 
screen--offers output back to the programmer.
