Yeah the maintenance / non-maintenance distinction was glib. I really  
meant "at different times I prefer different doc layouts - depending  
on what I'm doing".

I definitely think

$ podlifter -end lib/My/Stuff.pm

and

$ podlifter -interleaved lib/My/Stuff.pm

need to exist.
