I was curious if
perl has modules that have the ability to plot or redraw items on a thematic
map(using lat and long), which would be updated by events that are stored in a
file '# 'delimted. The main question is not the implementation it is
the ability to map objects onto a map, which would change realtime, and allow
ability to zoom in and out.
