Does anyone know of an ISP who provides NT virtual servers with good setup
service and at a reasonable price? (I am in Vancouver, Washington.)

Strange move by your ISP.  IMO, you could rewrite the scripts - or simply
switch to another provider that DOES do NT/IIS.  The latter option might be
the simpler one.
