RE: Math functions? (Particularly transcendental ones)

Questions regarding Bitwise operators:

> =item rol tx, ty, tz *
...
> =item ror tx, ty, tz *

Are these with or without carry?
If not, is there a need for a RCL/RCR (with carry...and carry where)?

And what about a negate operator (neg)?
