actually, it's not working yet. the lexer supports it, but that's about it;
there's no grammar rule that accepts it. I *think* that the parse actions
that are now there for the :multi arguments should be moved over so they are
executed when parsing a :invocant flag. Not sure.
So, I suspect we'd better leave this out from NEWS.
