Not in the least of sense. The trip is being funded by the
Palestinian, who asked Stallman not to speak in front of an Israeli
crowd. He can refuse, and the whole trip will be cancelled, simple as
that. As he says: ... I can go, and cancel these [the Haifa] speeches,
or not go, and cancel these speeches.

This is not Elvis Costello signing with an Israeli promoter then
cancelling. If hamakor suggested to fund his visit here, then there
would've been an alternative, a third option. As it stands, he has no
choice in the matter.
