TWiki does not seem to need a database to run.
It writes its contents to files.
The latest policy of sourceforge
does not allow the writing of files
by the cgi user.
Becasue of this,
unfortunately sourceforge would not be able
to host it. See
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/TWikiOnSourceForge
and
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1109940&group_id=1&atid=350001

We should either find another solution on
sourceforge or find another web server out of
sourceforge.

  Cheers,

  Xavier
