Hi Matt-

How are things going with the PDL book "project"
as far as status, plans, working files, or other
information? Would setting up a git folder at
sf.net help with coordination and contributions?

There have been significant advances in PDL
since the last PDL book update I saw:

- new graphic options (gnuplot, primaplot, ...)
- support for parallel computation via pthreads
- better cross-platform availability
- more work with PDL::PP needing more docs
- new PDL users and developers

It would seem that a more comprehensive
reference for scientific users and PDL developers
would be timely.

Cheers,
Chris
