Absolutely agreed - index and TOC are things that can be done after
the 2.4.10 release, but I think that almost all of the material is
there for a draft version.

It would be good to have the graphics_3d text in a final form and then
I'd say we stop for content right there and then focus on two things:

(i) figures and proofreading

(ii) getting the relative links correct.

A PDF version of this is definitely possible for next week!
