Can we ship our package as it is, plus two diff files - one for
Error.pm and one for our exception handlers, and instruct people to
patch one of their installed copies?
I'm taking the "get the users to do your dirty work of pestering
Graham" approach. It's Lazy but perhaps not polite..?
