Photo is a ventral view. Insect is not an insect; it's an arachnid. Clearly
shows that it is a mite and not a spider. It could be a predatory anystid mite
like Paratarsotomus, but not sure.
"The carpets spread out in the open air and exposed to the sun for several
days, as the carpet warmed up, the insects came out; it was vacuumed. the next
day the same thing happened, although the number of insects was much less, it
was vacuumed too. They decreased, but they are still there."
It sounds like the mites were outside and climbed onto the carpets and you
noticed activity. These aren't parasitic on rodents or birds, so they're not
indoors and from those hosts if these are in your facility. I think you'll just
have to vacuum them up.

EXTERNAL SENDER

Hello and thank you for your comments
I will also send a picture of the bottom of the insect's body
This was one of the big insects, some are much, much smaller.

Tom Parker and Lou Sorkin, thank you for your explanation. The carpets spread
out in the open air and exposed to the sun for several days, as the carpet
warmed up, the insects came out; it was vacuumed. the next day the same thing
happened, although the number of insects was much less, it was vacuumed too.
They decreased, but they are still there.

If they don't feed on wool and cotton, then why do they live in piles of
carpets?
And
How to eliminate them?

Lou I have to disagree. It's not a mite; it's an orb-weaving spider.

The image in first photo is too small to identify, but the magnified image is a
mite. It's from outdoors. There's a way that mites are gaining access into the
building. There might be other arthropods as well gaining access. Mites can be
cleaned up or vacuumed up, but need to seal up access points to eliminate them.
They aren't particular pests of textiles.

Hello all
We encountered a kind of pest in the carpet of a museum in Tehran. They are
very, very small and move fast. They look like spiders ot maybe a tick.
The insect is very small.
There is an insect in the picture above the pen.

How can I send a photo?
I want to know what are their names?
What is their life cycle?
What is the reason for their presence?
Do they feed on wool and cotton?
How to eliminate them?

Grateful
With respect
Shokoufeh mesbahi
