Hi there From my last post one may not think this but I do agree with all you say, but as a persion who has been/is coping with shyness it can be dificalt to get going.
The one with I would say is:- It is what we make it!!! So can I serjest a ealey new years resoultion for the LUG:- For any new persion turning up we make a effort to find out what they would like from the meeting perhaps with formail (a dificalt blance hear as the informailaity of the groupe is nice) introduction to the group. A sort of ice. braker we all know the sort of thing (Hi I'm Steve and I'm a problem solver, lighting engerner in the arts and theater and a photographer artist.) Finley a word of encuagment. If any one has a problem, question or subject thay wish to iver work on or talk about at a meeting post it to the mail list before hand and I am shoure we can/will arange that for the next meeting.
