Are you able to use spell checking tools to help with this ? Perhaps 
they don't respond well to your condition or maybe you find them 
inconvenient, but personally I find incorrect spelling very distracting 
as I end up focusing on how it is being said rather than the message 
which is clearly bad.

This probably arises because I have a different set of problems, but I 
do use the spellchecker in Thunderbird to clean up what I wrote - though 
amusingly it doesn't recognise "spellchecker" unless you put a space or 
a hyphen in it and it wants a z in recognise - must attend to the 
language settings.
