Yes, yes are right. At the moment, there is no catalog to understand
what are the libraries/packages you could load into a Pharo image.

There is an ongoing work to have a catalog here:
https://ci.inria.fr/pharo-contribution/job/PharoProjectCatalog/HTML_Report/
but at the moment not all informations are available.
