I never said anything at all whatsoever about MP3 being used for 
piracy of copyrighted works.  It is interesting though that you 
assumed that that was what I was talking about.  If indeed that 
was what I was infering, then your assumption only stands to 
strengthen my statements.

Also, nowhere did I state that MP3 did not have any legitimate
uses.  It does have legitimate uses.  Out of all people out there
using MP3 for whatever purpose, how much of that is legitimate
legal purpose, and how much is not?  I'll leave everyone to draw
their own conclusions, and I make no judgement of anyone
regardless of their usage of any software.
