I'm talking about an honest description. This guy didn't hide anything. Full disclosure. Everything was fairly and honestly represented.
There are hucksters out there who lie. I have no patience for those people at all. They should be drawn and quartered. My point was that a well written, honest (full disclosure) description can and does increase a person's chances of getting a better price.
