Well, it's not really possible now -- a E_PARSE won't get thrown to a custom PHP handler, it'll just die with a parse error. If there is an improvement to be made, perhaps something like what Apache does: Parse Error on line blah blah, Additionaly, there was XYZ error in errorhandle.php. Maybe I can look into this...
