Hi! How come there are no macros for global startup and shutdown functions? The Zend API documentation refers to such terms and even instructs that one should use STANDARD_MODULE_PROPERTIES_EX instead of STANDARD_MODULE_PROPERTIES if global functions are to be used. I have even found references to ZEND_GINIT/GSHUTDOWN on the web, but...
