I've got mine registered at enom through Westhost, and westhost gives me a registrar interface so I can do whatever I want with my domain ... make new TLDs, add/remove pointers, and stuff like that ... not sure what other hosts provide just as simple a way to manage the domain, but I love this one :) ... It's hosted 6000 miles from where I am, but I've got about as much control over my domain and my server there as I have over the one that sits right next to me...
