Well, after reaching this

$GLOBALS['live']['current']['c']['modules']['traffics']['url'] = 'blah';

I change my mind to use public static variables. 

using conf::$vars (or someting like that) was more pratic than using $GLOBALS 
directly. You can set config each of your classes.
