Yes, there is a DLL for it, but getting PHP to know it is there is where I'm having the problem - I don’t know how to get PHP to under windows to do the equivalent of --with-mcrypt in configure under linux. - maybe I havn't registered the mcrypt dll's correctly or something like that... But I just can't get it to work.
